Software Updates

The platform may automatically download and install updates to improve functionality and security.

3. Electronic Signatures & Legal Binding

ksign facilitates the creation of legally binding electronic signatures in accordance with local and international laws.

Legal Recognition

Signatures created on ksign are intended to satisfy the requirements of the ESIGN Act, UETA, and eIDAS.

Signer Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the specific use case is suitable for electronic signatures under local jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, graphics, and underlying technology are the exclusive property of ksign and its licensors.

ksign Ownership

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the platform.

User Content

You retain ownership of all documents you upload, but grant ksign a limited license to host and process them for your benefit.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ksign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
