For over a decade, our founder worked in administration, recruitment, management, and business operations—industries built entirely on contracts, approvals, onboarding documents, compliance forms, and endless paperwork.
Every single day involved chasing signatures, manually drafting documents, firing off email reminders, tracking internal approvals, fixing broken formatting issues, and dealing with legacy software that felt stuck in another decade.

Originally, Ksign wasn’t meant to become a commercial company. The idea started as an internal solution—a smarter, automated way to handle contracts, onboarding, approvals, and dynamic forms inside the founder's own businesses.
But after speaking with tradies, recruiters, accountants, photographers, administrators, IT providers, and growing companies across Australia and New Zealand, one thing became clear: Everyone was experiencing the exact same frustration.
